Transformation of mechanisms of public administration of the training system of professionals of the civil protection speech in the Republic of Poland

Abstract
The strategic course of Ukraine towards integration into the European Union under the Association Agreement and the deepening of a special partnership with NATO with new challenges and threats facing Ukraine, necessitate the transformation of the mechanisms of public administration by the system of training specialists in the sphere of civil protection. In this context, Ukraine is working on implementation of foreign experience the state policy in the field of civil protection, deepening of international cooperation on prevention of disasters and elimination of their consequences and improvement of mechanisms of public administration by the system of training specialists in the sphere of civil protection. Development of the strategy of the civil protection reform in Ukraine also needs scientific support and using the experience of public administration of training specialists in the sphere of civil protection in the EU member states. Poland is a strategic partner of Ukraine and gained useful experience in these and other issues. Thus, the article deals with and analyzes the issues of functioning and transformation of the mechanisms of public administration by the system of training specialists in the sphere of civil protection in the Republic of Poland.
