Transformation of methodological and analytical approaches to building a system of crisis management of construction enterprises

Abstract

The subject of the research, as reflected in this article, is the state of competitiveness of the construction contractors, and purpose – to adapt the content of the category ‘competitiveness’ and methods of evaluation – to the specific operating system contractor industry. The article is a reflection of the direction of applied research for the creation of methodology for assessing investor and customer competitiveness of the construction project of building organizations (BO), in the process of applying for tenders to participate in the project as performers preparation, construction and special works. In order to construct a new model of diagnosing the competitiveness of BO, taking into account the direction of the project and its evaluation of industry–specific, were rationally connected: the project target, the value and image approaches, methods, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy logic. The result obtained : a new hierarchical system parameters competitiveness of construction companies – implementing the project and the semantic scale to assess it. Applied in the model of the new composition of the parameters to evaluate the different components and factors of competitiveness of BO, as well as to identify the comparative competitive economic, functional – technical and image benefits of BO as a contractor in the construction project : – the parameters of the first group for each BO – tenderer – give reason to assess its effectiveness and flexibility of financial resources on the basis of the participation of the organization in the implementation of construction projects over 3–5 years; – the second group of parameters matches the scope and structure of the work performed with the available assets of BO, with its level of financial strength, to evaluate the ability of the BO to perform her allotted amount of construction (special) works available resource potential ; – thanks to the parameters of the third group in the decision–maker (DM), created adequate picture of the state of solvency of BO, immediate and ongoing liquidity of its assets, its distance from the critical level of probability of bankruptcy ; – the parameters of the fourth group reflect the administrative and management and image components of the competitiveness of BO and its success would look at the one segment of the construction market. Using the new system factors and semantic scale for the formal interpretation of the results of the assessment allows the model : how to diagnose the state of competitiveness of certain BO and adjust the structure of its resource potential in accordance with the strategy and current needs. The developed model was the basis for the creation of innovative formal evaluation unit investor and customer of the construction project of building the competitiveness of organizations – the performers – as a prerequisite for an economically sound and profitable implementation of the project.
