Translating intratextual elements in medical monographs: guiding principles

Abstract
The article is a contrastive analysis of integral features of medical monograph in the cross-cultural generic-discursive dimension. Functional peculiarities, roles and applications of intertextual elements are discussed, strategies and methods of their reproduction outlined.
