Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the essence of the transmission mechanism of monetary policy in the context of classical and neoclassical economic theories. The article analyzes the traditional and non-traditional channels of the monetary mechanism of the transmission mechanism. We propose a comprehensive approach to construction of the structure of the monetary policy transmission mechanism, which includes channels and effects of transmission, taking into account the goals of central banks and their monetary regimes.
