Abstract
We have studied the process of Globalization and the influence of Transnational Corporations (TNC) on its development. We have analyzed the classification of the countries of the world offered by famous liberal economist John Sachs and estimated the position of Ukraine in it. We have studied the problems appearing during the comprehensive process of transnationalization in the world.
