Transport logistics as one of key indicators in activity of the enterprises

Abstract
Introduction. Today, the economy in our country serves as a complex mechanism, which includes various systems, such as: financial, trade, production or information. Integrating them into a single whole is aimed at satisfying the requirements of consumers of goods or services. To manage this complicated mechanism is the logistics system which includes transport logistics. The efficiency of transport logistics is very important in relation to the work of any organization or enterprise, since not everyone has a wide choice for the transportation of goods. Purpose. The purpose of the work is to identify that transport logistics in the activities of enterprises serves as one of the main indicators of increasing the competitiveness of goods and services, through which the economy develops, the efficiency and effectiveness of organizations in general is increasing. The main problems that may arise in transport logistics are also highlighted and investigated. Results. In this article, the authors consider the concept of what is logistic activity and that it will be able to obtain an enterprise or organization. The main functions of the logistics system and its features are highlighted. The following processes can be guided by transport logistics and the types of transport that are shown. Investigated and highlighted shortcomings that may have a significant impact on business activity, on trade organization, on competitiveness and slow down of transport logistics. Conclusion. In the activity of Ukrainian enterprises, the efficiency of the transport system depends on the improvement of the system of transport logistics. It has significant disadvantages with hazard, stability and performance. To address, improve the efficiency of the transport logistics system, it is necessary to use the proposed measures.
