Trends in the Revaluation of the Emotional Intelligence Paradigm at Educational System Reform Level and at Educational Process Level

Abstract
The article presents a number of research conclusions concerning the use of the emotional intelligence paradigm, taking as a reference the tendencies registered at the following levels: education policy, education system, the educational process (based on the humanistic education ideal), and the general aims of democratic education.
