Journal Title: Revista de Teorie și Practică Educațională "DIDACTICA PRO..." - Year 2018, Vol 18, Issue 112
Abstract
Personalized learning is based on the nuanced logic of unity between ‘knowing why you have to learn’ and ”knowing how to learn”. Individual study skills are necessary if one is to withstand the ongoing information explosion, in order to benefit from the offers made by various sources of knowledge, to face the demands of school and university education, to achieve continuous and permanent successful learning, and to attain a state of psychological comfort induced by knowledge. The main strategies for the development of individual study skills are: the technique of reading, the technique of learning, the technique of documentation, information, and processing; the organization of learning; and respecting the rules of psychological hygiene during study.
