Tracking, recording, responding to changes of the labor market and, consequently, of the content of education was carried out on the basis of the application of a proactive approach (technology for future development, forward development, "literacy for the future"), projective reflection (regarding the probable development of vocational education), the identification of system-integrative personality traits that determine professional success in the future. Originality. For the first time, the features of the future professional and features of education were identified; tools and technologies which are potentially present today but will further determine the peculiarities of future professional education are described. Practical value. Practical value is substantiated by the transformation of theoretical positions, conclusions and generalizations into practical scientific and methodological support of the process of professional training in higher educational institutions of Ukraine.
