TRENDS OF TRANSFORMATION OF FAMILY’S EDUCATIONAL FANCTION AND PRIORITIES OF MODERN STATE POLICY IN PROTECTING CHILDREN’S RIGHTS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
Based on official statistics, analysis of the facts of modern family situation, the modern trends of transformation of the family are revealed and substantiated, as well as its educational function’s development. The priorities of state policy on children’s rights protection in Ukraine in the social sphere are considered. The author notes that changes in life of Ukrainian families, as much as of society in general, are of global character and connected with ruination of traditional values and family education notions, with worsening of the sociocultural situation. These and other transformations of family education are in part of innovative character, regarding optimizing the conditions of education of children-orphans and children deprived of parental care, other categories of children that are in difficult life situations.
