TRUST IN THE SYSTEM OF THE RELATIONSHIP OF THE INTELLECTUAL SERVICES EXCHANGE ON ENTERPRISE

Abstract
In the article describes the content and main features of internal, external and network of intellectual services exchange at the enterprise. The features and levels of reciprocal and equivalent exchange of intellectual services are determined. The forms of trust of participants in the exchange of intellectual services are grounded: informal and formal (conditioned) interpersonal trust, institutional trust in subdivisions and the enterprise as a whole, to external organizations – suppliers of knowledge and information, participants of intellectual networks. The necessity of direction of management of the enterprise for formation and achievement of an optimal level of trust for ensuring effective exchange of intellectual services is substantiated.
