TURKEY’S VIEW TO ECC IN THE GOVERNMENT PROGRAMMES (1970’s)

Abstract
European Union (EU) has become an important subject for Turkey. Because EU is an implement of Westernisation or Modernisation for Turkey. From 1959 to present, especially 1970’s, despite a lot of opinions that have given by military, ministiries, civil society organisations and political parties, this subject has continued to be on the agenda. But ın these opinions of organisations, it will be benefical to examine the government programmes. Because the government programme is an important course of action that achieves the state's policies.
