Turkish humanitarian factor policy in the south-east of Ukraine in the period 2014-2016

Abstract
The article provides general information on the humanitarian policy of Turkey in Ukraine in the period 2014–2016, concerning the Turkic ethnic groups living in Ukraine. The activity of the main Turkish religious and political movements, in particular «Hizmet» and «Nur Jamaat», is analyzed. The main causes of the activity of Turkish religious and political movements in Ukraine are traced.
