TYPES OF CLINICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL ARRANGEMENTS OF PSYCHOENDOCRINE SYNDROME IN THE THYROID GLAND AND THE ADRENAL CORTEX PATHOLOGY

Abstract
To investigate the clinical and psychopathological analysis and systematisation of psychopathological abnormalities in the structure of psychoendocrine syndrome in violation of metabolism of glucocorticoids and thyroid hormone a prospective study of 300 patients who were treated on the basis of the Ukrainian Scientifc-Practical Center of Endocrine Surgery, Transplantation of endocrine organs and tissues of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, was conducted. The use of clinicalpsychopathological and psychodiagnostic methods enabled to separate and compare the clinicallypsychological arrangements of different genesis psychoendocrine syndrome with its typology formation. 8 types of clinically-psychological arrangements of psychoendocrine syndrome have been structured. The following types of PeS have been distinguished: hypotimously-susceptive; sensitive-negativistic; explosive-agonistic; agitatedimpulsive; anxio-facigative; passive-adversive; irritive-meritative; anxio-offensive.
