TYPES OF CONFISCATION UNDER THE EXISTING CRIMINAL CODE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The legal analysis of standard changes of the Criminal Сode of Ukraine concerning a concept and types of confiscation confirms the aspiration of the legislator to expand a legal basis and subject structure of application of the criminal legal measures connected with property restrictions (confiscation of property as an auxiliary view of criminal sanction), and withdrawal of subjects to unreasonable enrichment (special confiscation).
