Abstract
Analysis of legislation on foreigners has shown that in general Ukraine regulates in detail the legal status in accordance with the international legal standards. However, in practice there are significant gaps and weaknesses in the implementation of the foreigners’ administrative and legal status, which requires solutions by making the necessary changes to the current legislation of Ukraine on foreigners.
