Types of estimation of employees of the bodies of incomes and charges: the general theoretical aspect

Abstract
Determining the types of assessment of employees of the revenue and fee bodies is relevant both at the practical and theoretical level, not because the current legislation does not define or classify the types of civil service, nor, therefore, determines the types of assessment of officials of the revenue and fee bodies. The purpose of the article is the scientific and theoretical substantiation of the types of estimation of the employees of the bodies of incomes and charges, which will allow to establish not only the place of each of these kinds, but also to determine the connection with each other and to reveal their internal regularity. It has been established that in spite of the diversity of approaches to determining the types of civil servants’ evaluation in this article, we share the assessment of employees of the revenue and fee bodies for the following types: assessment in the selection of civil service and assessment during the civil service.
