Types of restrictions on the constitutional freedom of a person to entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine

Abstract
The article deals with the types of restrictions on the constitutional freedom of an individual to engage in entrepreneurial activities in Ukraine. The specific types of restrictions of the named freedom of the person are analyzed. The author’s characteristic of concrete types of constitutional freedom of a person for entrepreneurial activity is offered and conclusions and recommendations are given.
