Abstract
The study authors stated typical investigative situations initial stage of investigation of fraud committed using the network "Internet ", and the corresponding situation investigative leads. In view of the specificity of the crimes in question, special attention is given to species typical investigative situations. The algorithms of investigation (search) action in accordance with the situation and its species.
