УЧАСТИЕ ВОЕННЫХ ФОРМИРОВАНИЙ СНГ В МИРОТВОРЧЕСКИХ ОПЕРАЦИЯХ ПОД ЭГИДОЙ ООН

Abstract
This article examines the participation of the military formation of the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) in peacekeeping operations conducted under the auspices of the United Nations (UN). The issues of ensuring peace and security are a priority for each state, not CIS countries. The article provides a direct overview of CIS countries' participation in peacekeeping operations under the aegis of the United Nations and cooperation between the states themselves in the framework of ensuring peace and security in the region. The normative and legal base of the CIS countries regulating participation in peacekeeping operations within the framework of the UN activities is analyzed. The CSTO peacekeeping activity and the legislative framework regulating it are being considered.
