Abstract
The article has been formulated the range of propositions according the legal regulation improvement of the certain stages of labour contract conclusion by the draft Labour Code of Ukraine. A special attention was given to the stage of employees’ selection, and regulations related to prohibition of baseless refusal of employment. It has been proposed to include the construction “Peculiarities of the future work performed” to the regulations of the Draft.
