Abstract
Визначено дії для успішної реалізації інноваційної політики підприємства. Досліджено фактори інноваційного розвитку промислового підприємства. Запропоновано алгоритм для активізації інноваційної діяльності промислового підприємства. Виявлено основні фактори успіху інноваційного розвитку промислового підприємства. Розроблено модель організації інноваційної діяльності на підприємстві.
