Abstract
The purpose of the Act on Access to Public Information is to inform citizens about public matters, and not to obtain information from entities belonging to administration by other administrative authorities. A government administration body is not obliged to provide information to a local selfgovernment administration body, because, as an example, communal authorities canno be qualified as entities specified in the Act.
