Abstract
The most profound and the leading impetus for the development of science are practical needs, challenges and issues put forward by the practice itself. If the practice is the criterion of truth, the truly scientific theory is a criterion for the correctness of the practice. Over the last decade after independence, Moldova, Soviet Union and the lack of centralized control over the activities of medical institutions, the introduction of paid medical services in medical institutions of our republic, in other former socialist countries in cases of death of patients or causing them serious injury.
