Abstract
The article presents method of measuring tyre rolling resistance coefficient using the trailer developed at the Automotive Division at the Gdansk University of Technology. Patented mechanical inertial system for correcting the effect of road grade and test vehicle acceleration is described as well as correction procedures. Some examples of results with and without correction are also presented.
