UKRAINE NEEDS A MIXED SYSTEM OF PENSION INSURANCE

Abstract
In this article determined the reasons, which inferred with putting into effect the second, and improved the function of third level of pension system. Justified the necessity of mandatory transition from the centralized to mixed system of retirement benefits, what includes solidarity accumulation components. Generalized the conditions, subject to witch can be introduced the second level and improved the function of third level of pension system and created the mixed system of Ukrainian pension insurance.
