Ukrainian and foreign experience of realization of public informative policy is in the field of European integration (end of ХХ – early of XXI century)

Abstract
In the article, forming of public informative policy is considered in accordance with informative politics of EU, that is the issue of the day of Ukraine in her aspiring to sovereignness, equal in rights included in international informative space and providing of economic and political stability of the state. The tendencies of informative politics of European Union are described, influence of eurointegration factors is certain on a worldwide and national policy and on the process of forming of institutional base of informative politics of Ukraine.
