UKRAINIAN ATTRIBUTE OF MARKET ORIENTED AGRICULTURAL LANDSCAPING

Abstract
The article attempts to convey to the reader an algorithm for realization of the state policy of development of ru-ral territories. The author's vision for the situation at the present stage of reforming land relations in Ukraine is pre-sented in an accessible form. The conclusion is made on the inappropriateness of lifting the moratorium on the pur-chase and sale of land shares, the issues of the formation of effective, socially important organizational and legal forms of management on the ground, the social and economic impracticability of agrarian holdings development, which by their activity drive the village to a standstill, is substantiated, the issues of creation on their based subsidiar-ies with registration at the place of their geographical location. Attention is paid to the issues of the administrative-territorial structure of rural territories, attention is drawn to the inappropriateness of the formation of united territorial communities, the principles of the formation of «mini states» in the state are defined as a new scientific direction of innovative development of rural territories.
