Abstract
W poniższym artykule autor zajął się obrazem kwestii ukraińskich dążeń niepodległościowych z początku XX w. oraz wojną polsko-ukraińską z lat 1918–1919 i sojuszem polsko-ukraińskim z 1920 r., który wynika z analizy dorobku polskiej historiografii sprzed 1939 r. oraz współczesnej, powstałej już po zmianach, do jakich doszło w Polsce po 1989 r. Poza tym przedstawił on również najważniejsze polskie wydawnictwa źródłowe dotyczące tej problematyki
