Abstract
Проаналізовано вітчизняну нормативну базу у сфері регулювання фінансових злочинів, зокрема легалізації доходів, здобутих злочинним шляхом. Обгрунтовано їх імперативне закріплення. Розглянуто історичний досвід регулювання проблематики притягнення до відповідальності за легалізацію доходів, здобутих злочинним шляхом.
