UNIDIRECTIONAL SEEDED SINGLE CRYSTAL GROWTH FROM SOLUTION OF SULPHAMIC ACID AND ITS CHARACTERIZATION
Journal Title: International Journal of Advanced Research in Computer Engineering & Technology(IJARCET) - Year 2012, Vol 1, Issue 6
Abstract
Unidirectional seeded single crystal growth by SR Method. The growth crystal has a cylindrical morphology with good optical quality by this method. The entire solute can be converted in crystal so that, 100 % solute crystal efficiency can be achieved. The huge sulphamic acid crystal grown from a seed crystal in a super saturated aqueous solution. In the instrument a vertically designed “L” bend was used to avoid the spurious nucleation. Growth from solution is often the only alternative if the substance decomposes below its melting point or undergoes a phase change between its melting point and temperature at which crystal is to be used. The growth rate at which perfect

Wireless Tire Pressure Monitoring System for Vehicles using SPI Protocol
Abstract—Tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) is implemented in the vehicles to monitor the variations in tire pressure. The safety of driving improves as TPMS automatically detects the tire pressure, temperature in re...
Implementation Of Fully-Pipelined 16-Point DHT Architectures Using 8-Point And 4-Point DHTs for FPGA Realization
Fully–pipelined simple modular structures are presented in this project for efficient hardware realization of Discrete Hadamard transform (DHT).From the kernel matrix of HT three different pipelined modular designs...
Modular Design of Adders with Domino Logic 1
- Based on 180nm CMOS technology a 4 bit domino logic adder is designed for speed optimization over ripple carry adder. The adder is designed using 4 bit slice of carry look-ahead adder. Multiple slices are may...
Behavior of mixture of Sulfamic Acid and Sodium Chloride
A mono crystal known as single crystal of sulfamic acid (H2NSO3H) and sodium chloride (NaCl) is an inorganic non-linear optical material was grown by slow evaporation solution growth technique. In this work, we a...
Solving Three Dimensional Bin Packing Problem Using Elitism Based Genetic Algorithm
The bin packing problem is a combinatorial NP-hard problem. In it, objects of different volumes must be packed into a finite number of bins of capacity V in a way that minimizes the number of bins used. Most of the...
