Abstract
The article draws attention to the causes and forms of international cooperation in the field of climate change. On the basis of existing international legal acts, the main legal tendencies of cooperation of the states, the existing problems and the main agreements are indicated. Taken together, the current legal status in the field of climate change, which is a frequent subject of scientific discussion, is considered.
