THE SALE OF INTEGRAL PROPERTY COMPLEX OF BUSINESS ENTITY: PROCEDURAL AND TAX ASPECTS

Abstract
The study addresses certain issues of topic, in particular, problem of duality in understanding of concept of integral property complex, it also draws attention to problem of definition of property, namely what is included in integral property complex, also author pays attention to lack of regulation of integral property complex sale process, etc., and provides its own reasoning and conclusions. In work much attention is paid to tax issues.
