UNIVERSITY EDUCATION LEVEL AND THE UNEMPLOYMENT IN THE SILESIAN VOIVODESHIP AND THE CITY OF CZESTOCHOWA

Abstract

The paper discusses the changes in unemployment rate in Silesian Voivodeship with particular focus on the city of Czestochowa in 2007-2010. The particular focus is on the structure of unemployment according to the education level and the effect of education on job opportunities in the labour market. The paper also presents the methods of preventing unemployment, with particular focus on the group of young people.<br/><br/>
