Abstract
In the article the problems of the legislative providing and mechanism of realization of prohibition of groundless refuse are analysed in a hire for job. Essence of “reasonable refuse is examined in a hire for job”, the criteria of her legitimacy are determined. Grounded to examine expediency groundless refuse in a hire for job as type of discrimination in the field of labour that violates labour rights for workers on the stage of origin of labour legal relationships.
