Upbringing as a fundamental idea of juvenal criminal law of FRG

Abstract
In the article the theoretical research is providing the application of the genesis of scientific thought about the fundamental idea of upbringing and its role in institutionalizing the special juvenile criminal law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The article considers particular issues of youth criminal law and juvenile justice in accordance with German legislation. The critical positions of the leading German scholars on the subject under consideration are presented. The influence of the fundamental idea of upbringing for juvenile criminal law of the Federal Republic of Germany and its reflection in the design of a system of measures of criminal law impact on juvenile offenders is considered. Scientific provisions are laid out subject to European standards, which are in priority within the framework of EU-Ukraine relations.
