Updating the phenomenon of power in the context of social space

Abstract
According to the author’s conception, power is defined as the complete multi - sotso cultural phenomenon that manifests itself in metaphysical terms as the desire for actualization and realization of the objective will, in epistemological terms as cognitive orientation to continuous development intersubgective in praxeological terms of potency as to ownership information, energy and material resources, in an axiological sense - as a major social and cultural values. Power is a necessary condition of social life. But as the only force in society can emerge only because man identifying himself in the cathedral existence at the same time manifests itself in freedom. The methodological basis which would allow to reveal the most important characteristics of power is the theory of social control. The social control is a complex multi-dimensional process that is actualized in static and dynamic measurements, the basis of which is a kind of system of power relations and dynamics of development provides a mechanism for social interaction.
