USE OF EXPERTISE IN DETECTING CRIMES OF CULTURAL PROPERTY

Abstract
The article presents a comprehensive review of the use of expertise in the investigation of criminal offenses in the sphere of cultural property defined theoretical and practical bases of use of special knowledge in the investigation of criminal offenses in the sphere of cultural values. Also describes the main approaches to the use of expertise in identifying, criminal attacks, researching stolen cultural property and in the investigation of stolen cultural property.
