USE OF MATRIX METHODS FOR IMPROVING STRATEGIC DIRECTIONS OF MARKETING ACTIVITIES IN COMMERCIAL BANKS

Abstract

The article has outlined a list of matrix methods that can be used to improve the marketing activities of commercial banks. The author has studied the necessity of using marketing strategies. The author has identified a number of requirements that apply to the bank when it chooses a marketing strategy. The author has researched and systematized the main features of drafting a strategic balance. It has been proved that the tools for strategic analysis and strategic balance should be used in complex.
