DIAGNOSTICS IN THE SYSTEM OF ANTI-CRISIS FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The article investigates theoretical approaches to the definition of the concept of "diagnostics" and "crisis management", the main elements and directions of the formation of crisis management of the enterprise are grounded. The main elements include the main areas of activity of the enterprise, which in crisis conditions require the introduction of crisis management. The leading spheres of activity of the enterprise include the fixed and working capital of enterprises, personnel and finances of enterprises. The functions and principles of crisis management were also analyzed. A meaningful explanation of the anti-crisis management provided the basis for determining the place and essence of the anti-crisis financial management, based on a comprehensive diagnosis of crisis phenomena in the enterprise.
