When the use of PHC services by the participants according to their socioeconomic characteristics was analyzed, the use of PHC services found to be significantly higher in unmarried participants compared to those who are married (p=0.043). There was no significant relationship between age, gender, occupation, social security, educational status, place of residence, income level and PHC utilization. Conclusion: The admission rate to the Family Health Centers due to psychiatric problems is very low. The reasons for this are as follows: perception that psychiatric problems can be treated only by psychiatrists, lack of trust in general practitioner and allocation of limited time. The community should be informed that PHC services also include mental health services.
