USE OF TRAINING SYSTEMS AND SIMULATORS FOR PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF OPERATORS OF UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS IN THE USA

Abstract
The article throws light on the training simulators for operators of tactical and strategical unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) in the USA, advantages and prerequisites of their development and use. In the article it was specified possible directions of simulatorsʼ development which take into consideration introduction of simulators in vocational training of UASʼs operators in Ukraine. In the article the attention was focused on dynamic development of the airline industry that was caused by using of innovations in the aircraft industry that take into consideration current trends of development of robotics and on annual increase in quantity unmanned aerial vehicles, that predetermined necessity for trained professionals of UAS, especially in military industry, considering that tactical and strategical UAS are the most widespread. The article emphasized that the main attention in UASʼs operators professional training system of tactical and strategical mission in the USA is paid to use of various training aids and simulators for improvement of abilities and skill maintaining of UASʼs operators, that was caused by a highly developed industry of UAS. In the article it was noted the USA, being the world leader of unmanned aircraft industry and the unconditional leader of professional training of UASʼs operators, carries out development, production, modernization and repairing of UAS and simulators for vocational training of UASʼs operators and many years of experience in professional training of UASʼs operators provide high proficiency of UASʼs operators. In the article it was pointed out that Ukraine doesnʼt have the developed system of UASʼs operatorʼs preparation, lacks UASʼs operators and national production is needed in UASʼs training systems. Thus, it was suggested to use experience of progressive educational and training system of UASʼs operatorʼs preparation in the USA, that is up-to-date for development and implementation of national educational and training system of UASʼs operatorʼs preparation in Ukraine.
