Usefulness of French inspirations in the theory of contemporary management

Abstract
This article is a polemic with the stands which proclaim that everything valuable in the management theory can be found in English-speaking literature. The author tries to prove that, nowadays in this globalized world, the inspirations about developing management science can come from any place of the world. The basic aim of this article is to point out the potential of French thought concerning area of management theory and, what is more, to emphasize its field of methodology and new management conceptions. Presentation of this topic has been followed by the assessment of polish publications about development methodology.
