USING OF MULTILEVEL APPROACH IS FOR RESEARCH OF TRANSNATIONAL REGIONALISM

Abstract
Purpose. To investigate spheres, levels and forms of foreign economic activity and external economic connections of home regions, that simultaneously are the forms of development of transnational regionalism as a reflection of tendencies of globalization of world economy. Methodology of research. In basis of research, the system-analytical going is fixed near the study of the economic phenomena and processes, in accordance with that theoretical generalization of scientific conceptions, developments of the home and foreign scientists sanctified to research of transnational regionalism is executed. For the decision of tasks such methods were used: method of complex analysis of the systems of the economic phenomena - for the complete and adequate estimation of the investigated phenomena (at forming of concept vehicle of research); method of associations and analogies (for the groupmate of enterprises after the amount of the hired personnel); forecast method - for preparation of conclusions in relation to possibility of application of foreign experience and suggestions of home specialists in relation to perfection of transnational regionalism). Findings. Have been defined, that essence and maintenance of frontier collaboration simultaneously take shape both and form of external economic connections of national and regional government bodies as foreign economic activity different cooperation of enterprise structures of contiguous territories. It is set that a frontier collaboration, including the different forms of foreign economic activity and external economic relations of regions, simultaneously is the form of development of transnational regionalism as a reflection of tendency of globalization of world economy. Originality. Theoretical and methodical positions concerning in relation to the search of new approaches that expose possibilities of transnational regionalism in direction of globalization of world economy. Practical value. The obtained results of research determine the forms of foreign economic activity and external economic connections of the Ukrainian regions, that simultaneously become the form development of transnational regionalism as a reflection of tendencies of globalization of world economy.
