Using PID Controller and SDRE methods for tracking control of Spacecrafts in Closed-Rendezvous Process
Journal Title: INCAS BULLETIN - Year 2019, Vol 11, Issue 1
Abstract
Rendezvous process of spacecrafts is one of major issues in study of aerospace engineering. Tracking control in Rendezvous process is very complex due to the need to fulfill the conditions and constraints to determine the control forces to bring Chaser toward Target. The paper will implement the control of the trajectory of the relative translation movement between Chaser and Target in the Closed-Rendezvous stage through two different approaches: the first using PID Controllers, and the second using the SDRE (State Dependent Riccati Equation) technique. Then based on obtained results, a comparison between two methods is carried out.

Application of Modified Newton Flow Model to Earth Reentry Capsules
This paper presents an implementation of the modified Newton method for the aerodynamic analysis of Planetary Reentry Capsules. A straightforward method is employed, such that a CATIA model and its hybrid surface mesh ar...
Integral Method for Structural Analysis of Beams with Bending-Torsion Coupling
This paper deals with structural static or stability analysis of straight beams, when the bending-torsion coupling is considered. A practical case is the lateral buckling analysis of high cross-section beams which involv...

STATE OF THE ART TECHNIQUES USED FOR NOISE SOURCE IDENTIFICATION ON COMPLEX BODIES
Over the last few decades, many approaches have been undertaken in order to asses detailed noise source identification on complex bodies, i.e. aircrafts, cars, machinery. Noise source identification implies to accurately...
A Wave Theory of Incompressible Fluid Turbulence: Wall/ Elastic Turbulence
The true problem of turbulence dynamics is the problem of its origin and successive development from some initial conditions (IC) at some boundary conditions (BC) to an ultimate state restored, in a statistical sense, as...
