USING THE INHABITED APARTMENTS IN HOUSES STATE AND PUBLIC HOUSING FUNDS

Abstract
The article deals with the peculiarities of residential legal relations that arise as a result of the use of residential premises by citizens in the buildings of state and public housing funds. The composition of such relations is explored, problems and ways of their solution are outlined. Attention is drawn to draft laws on the implementation of housing rights.
