Using the Method of Genetic Algorithm to Determine the Partner by Creating the Enterprise Integration Association

Abstract
The most widespread integration processes currently purchased in the merger-takeover of joint stock companies. The aim of the study is the theoretical substantiation and development of recommendations regarding the selection of candidates for corporate integration associations on the basis of the method of genetic algorithm. The main idea of the method of genetic algorithm, shows schematically the process of the genetic algorithm that selected a list of the main chromosomes, characterizing the company and corporate integration Association from the point of view of attractiveness for integration, discusses the importance of genes for genetic analysis generated a list of optimal genes chromosomes that there should be a joint-stock company. The result of GA is the definition of HELL that has the best set of genes in the chromosomes to ensure further development of the KIO and the maximization of the objective function. The result will also be better defined set of genes from all (from the JSC and JSC – potential participants of the KIА) KIА chromosomes. Using the method of genetic algorithms for the selection of joint stock companies-candidates for the corporate formation of integration associations is quite effective, allows the use of objective measures for the selection of candidates for education KIА, a large number of candidates and indicators of their activity and, to a certain extent to reduce the risks to an incorrect choice of the integration path of development when wrongly chosen direction of development of the company.
