UTICAJ RAZLIČITIH PROGRAMA NASTAVE FIZIČKOG VASPITANJA NA ANTROPOMETRIJSKE KARAKTERISTIKE ISPITANIKA

Abstract
Istraživanje je sprovedeno na uzorku od 320 učenika trećeg razreda srednje škole, od toga je 170 bilo muškog a 150 ženskog pola. Ispitanici su na početku istraživanja bili stari 17 godina ± 6 meseci a podeljeni su u tri grupe: prvu eksperimentalnu grupu E1, drugu eksperimentalnu grupu E2 i kontrolnu K grupu. Sa prvom eksperimentalnom grupom E1 realizovan je izborni program košarke sa dva časa sedmično, druga eksperimentalna grupa E2 takođe je realizovala ovaj program i jedan trening sedmično u košarkaškoj sekciji a kontrolna grupa K je vežbala po „standardnom“ programu nastave fi zičkog vasptanja. Program je realizovan u toku jedne školske godine. Istraživanje je organizovano po sistemu pedagoškog eksperimenta sa paralelnim grupama a promjene koje su se dešavale pod uticajem primenjenih programa praćene su u tri prostora: morfološkom, biomotoričkom i psihosocijalnom. Zadatak istraživanja je bio da dijagnostikuje inicijalno i fi nalno stanje onih dimenzija antropološkog statusa ispitanika koje su bile predmet ovog istraživanja.
