Abstract

Polish registrar and afterwards a guardianship court or consul are obliged to establish proper law for fathering a child and to instruct a person who makes a statement which regulations are appropriate in this matter. It is acceptable to claim, that a source of the this obligation is article 73 § 2 and 73 § 3 of the code of family law.
