Abstract
Convexity meninigioma are diverse group of meningioma located within the sulci of the brain, usually anterior to the rolandic Þ ssure.Cushing and Eisenhardt subclassiÞ ed convexity meningiomas as precoronal,coronal ,postcoronal,paracentral,parietal,occipital, and temporal.3 These tumors are easiest to remove as compared to other varieties of meningioma. There are different safe methods being practised by different surgeons causing minimal neurovascular damage and complete resection. Among these vacuum assisted en block removal has been practised recently.
